Hello, my name is Diana.

I believe the freer we feel with our emotions, our truths and our body, the more we can live a life of authenticity, power and aliveness.

Reconnecting to that freedom can be experienced through receiving attuned touch, embodied compassionate listening and intentional movement practice in a safe therapeutic relationship.

What I offer, I have personally spent years delving into to anchor myself as a highly sensitive person in a busy world. I have a deep desire to support you to stand in your embodied ease and power and I hope to have the opportunity to journey alongside you.


Reclaim your authentic expression, reconnect to your body, ease your stress and support your sensitivity with somatic therapy

Perhaps you have often been told you are “too sensitive” and as a result often feel like you are “too much” in your emotions, needs or how you respond to situations. Many clients who find their way to my practice are Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), whether they realise it or not (you can take a test here!), and the body-oriented work we explore can offer much relief and support.

Or perhaps you are going through a significant life transition, find setting boundaries challenging, or are feeling triggered in personal or professional relationships. You might feel disconnected from your body or emotions, or experience chronic stress, insomnia, fatigue, emotion or pain in your body that does not seem to go away. If so, what I offer might be for you. You do not need to bear this alone. Through somatic therapy either in person or online, you will be supported to return to a place of greater ease.

Gain insight, clarity and alignment with somatic coaching

If you are in the midst of a transition, feeling stuck or wanting to shift old habits that are no longer serving you, somatic coaching might be for you. We combine the power of the mind, along with the rich wisdom of the body to bring about sustained shifts in your life to move you closer towards what really matters to you in your life.


Enliven your body and voice through TRE, qigong or vibrational alchemy

Movement can help us reconnect to our body’s innate sense of aliveness and wholeness. If you might be feeling stuck, TRE is a powerful way to tap into our body’s in-built system of reconnecting, releasing and rewiring old patterns of gripping and holding to bring a sense of inner freedom. Or perhaps if you’re finding regular meditation practice or quieting the mind challenging, qigong and somatic meditation offer a blend of mindful movement and gentle guidance which practised over time can help soothe the nervous system and strengthen body awareness.

At other times, you might feel fatigued with your inner journey and are looking for a space where you can have a reboot and be replenished. Or you might be desiring more alignment between what your heart feels and your authentic expression. Vibrational alchemy sessions, which can be either more restorative resonance rebalancing or more active vocal re-awakening, might be for you.
