“Muscle and blood, belly and bone, we are made of stardust and miracles”

— Abigail Rose Clarke

Sometimes what we need most, might be a chance to be held.

BCST is a gentle, non-directive, therapeutic touch approach that is rooted in our earliest beginnings: embryology. Through light, still, consent-based touch while fully clothed, it invites us into a greater connection with the body, as well as a sense of deep restoration.

What is central within this approach is hope.

That just as how it took countless aligned steps for us to have been formed and birthed, even now our bodies continue to hold the potential for health and the possibility for realignment, regardless of what things might look like at a mental, emotional or physical level. And what enables that realignment is an intentional, yet spacious field of listening to the body - where what is witnessed can transform.

This might be for you if you are:

  • More tender-hearted and sensitive in nature

  • Soothed by touch, but find most massages too stimulating

  • Finding it hard to settle your nervous system or feeling fatigued, yet finding it hard to rest

  • Tired of talking and desiring a space where you can do less and take rest

  • Open to building a different relationship with your body’s pain, potential and wisdom
