influences and inspiration
Over the past two decades, my unfolding, living practice looks vastly different today than it was when I first began. I remain an eternal student of the body.
I’ve listed just some of the more “formal” qualifications below, alongside other practices that I’ve studied and continue to be inspired by. These range from therapeutic touch, somatic inquiry and coaching, mindful movement, reflective meditative practices and more, all of which center around the body.
What I’ve explored covers a wide breadth of approaches and disciplines - this enables each session to be specially curated for the person who walks through the door and what they might be most needing to receive that day.
