tension and trauma release exercise (TRE)
TRE provides a safe and grounded way to discharge stress that has built-up in the body, whether as a result of emotional tension, over-exertion or a compromised physical sitting or standing posture. Through harnessing the body’s natural shaking mechanism, TRE can bring a sense of release, relaxation and restoration to the body-mind, and is supportive of deep sleep. Over time as we begin to sense the resource available to us from within, TRE is a way to build up greater resilience to the stressors of life.
Private and group sessions are available for 60-90min.
