Welcome to The Elemental Practice. If you have often been told you are “too sensitive”, have a sense of disconnect from your body, or perhaps experience chronic stress, insomnia, fatigue, emotion or pain in your body that does not seem to go away, what I offer might be for you. Together, we will welcome all that your body wishes to express and reconnect with your inner resources, in a co-created container of safety, support and openness.

Our body is the vessel that holds the stories of our experience, and the body (and not just the mind) needs to be included for any journey of integration and wholeness. The trauma-informed, body-based offerings you will find here are underpinned by a shared approach of being simple, gentle and self-sustaining.

It is with full heart that I offer these practices to you. They are the synthesis of my personal explorations as a kinesthetic, deeply thinking and feeling, highly sensitive person. What I offer draws inspiration from yoga, somatic movement, meditation, energy healing, trauma release and neuroscience, along with a deep reverence to the wisdom of nature. I look forward to sharing their alchemy with you and learning from the wisdom that your body and being will offer me.
